It bears asymmetrical heart-shaped leaves covered in fine reddish hairs. The deep velvety dark leaf base is adorned with striking silvery-white striped markings, which glow subtly under soft light. Leaf undersides carry a rich reddish tone, creating gorgeous contrast.
