is an endemic rhizomatous begonia native to Shiwandashan, Guangxi, China, formally published in 2021. It features beautifully mottled green leaves with red-purple undersides and hairy petioles. Named for its likeness to Begonia edulis, it is a rare ornamental species ideal for shaded pot cultivation.
